Join Caleb for a free, family-friendly walk through Story Mill Park to look for the birds that frequent the Bozeman area!

This activity will take place at 8:00am on Saturday August 22nd, 2026. Please plan for an hour long walk! Comfortable shoes and long pants are recommended. Dress accordingly since Montana weather can change suddenly.

Calling all bird enthusiasts! Join us for a free, engaging presentation all about magpies — the crafty corvids that just might be the smartest animal on the planet. Whether you love them or hate them, people sure talk a lot about magpies. Come learn the best ways to outsmart these intelligent birds, such as a caged bird feeder or switching your food offerings. Maybe you want to entertain the magpies by offering their favorite foods. We have solutions for both sides of the magpie aisle.
